Overview
H2R CPA is looking for an individual to join our Accounting and Assurance Department. Qualified candidates will be career-oriented individuals possessing strong accounting and organization skills and have significant for-profit experience. The candidate should desire to develop accounting and assurance technical, business consulting and other professional skills.

Experience
4-8 years of experience in public accounting

Responsibilities
Accounting and assurance compliance – preparing trial balances, compilation and review engagements including preparing financial statements and related disclosures, performing employee benefit audit engagements, communication with clients and ability to travel locally

Engagement management – manage multiple engagements simultaneously while communicating the progress with managers or partners, organize and clearly document work papers and conclusions

Other required skills – knowledge of GAAP and prior supervisory experience, solid written and oral communication abilities, excellent multi-tasking, prioritizing and organizational skills. Focus on providing superior client service.
