H2R CPA is pleased to support the local nonprofit community through donations, sponsorship of various fundraising events, and volunteering.
On an individual level, many of H2R CPA’s team members are nonprofit board members, committee members and volunteers who regularly dedicate some of their personal time to serving our community.

Annual December Event: Angel Tree (formerly Treasures for Children) Toy Collection
H2R CPA team members enjoy our firm's annual tradition of sponsoring The Salvation Army Western Pennsylvania Division's Angel Tree (formerly Treasures for Children) program. We shop for many children's gifts every year!
Children's gifts are donated annually to Angel Tree (formerly Treasures for Children) by the H2R CPA team.
May 2019: Topgolf with Tuitt
H2R CPA was pleased to support Project Bundle-Up and The Salvation Army at the 2019 WTAE-TV Topgolf with Tuitt event on May 30, 2019. A very good time was had by all, for a very good cause!

Our team was pleased to support Project Bundle-Up and The Salvation Army at the 2018 WTAE-TV Mini-Golf Classic on May 31, 2018. Rumor has it that Ryan and Ed scored holes in one! It was a good time for a great cause!

June 2017: Rainbow Kitchen - WAR (Walk and Ride) Against Hunger
H2R CPA was pleased to once again sponsor the Rainbow Kitchen’s annual WAR (Walk and Ride) Against Hunger, this year held on June 10, 2017, along the Great Allegheny Passage Trail beginning at the Waterfront in Homestead. Several H2R CPA team members and their families participated and raised funds in support of all of the good work Rainbow Kitchen does for those in need in our community. Thanks to all who participated and donated for our team!
H2R CPA was pleased to be a mile marker sponsor of the WAR (Walk and Ride) Against Hunger for Rainbow Kitchen.
The H2R CPA team was happy to support Rainbow Kitchen by participating in the WAR (Walk and Ride) Against Hunger, which started near the Pump House at the Waterfront in Homestead.
Several members of the H2R CPA team took a break from biking to look at the scenery along the Great Allegheny Passage Trail.

September 2016: PICPA Week of Service - Ronald McDonald House
Several H2R CPA team members enjoyed participating in the PICPA Week of Service events in September 2016 at Ronald McDonald House Pittsburgh, in conjunction with the Pittsburgh Chapter of the PICPA. Our projects included decorating hallways for Halloween and preparing and serving lunch to residents.
The team from H2R CPA and the PICPA Pittsburgh Chapter were excited to meet Ronald McDonald.

Salvation Army - Treasures for Children
H2R CPA team members participate in Salvation Army Treasures for Children during the month of December, both by donating toys and also sorting toys at the warehouse if help is needed.

H2R CPA was pleased to participate in the PICPA Week of Service by joining the Pittsburgh Chapter to sort food at the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank on Thursday, May 21, 2015.

H2R CPA was a proud sponsor of the Wage and Benefit Survey of Southwestern PA Nonprofit Organizations published in February 2015. This survey is conducted by The Bayer Center for Nonprofit Management at Robert Morris University.
December 2014: Project Bundle-Up Community Service Award
On December 5, 2014, Team H2R CPA was honored to receive the Salvation Army and WTAE-TV Project Bundle-Up 2014 Community Service Award for the firm's 15-year history of support. The award was presented to (l-r): Ed Scherer, Partner; Joe Delisi, Principal; and Paul Rudoy, Managing Partner; during the Project Bundle-Up telethon hosted by WTAE Meteorologist Mike Harvey.
