BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Patti Giudici is Director of Firm Operations at H2R CPA, with over 21 years of experience including senior leadership roles at national and regional public accounting firms, most recently serving as a Shareholder with a regional firm prior to joining H2R.
Patti’s areas of expertise include: business development & client acquisition; corporate audits; risk management & mitigation; team building & development; cross-functional collaboration; and budgeting & forecasting.
In her role at the firm, Patti is responsible for ensuring that the firm’s vision is translated into tangible results through the management of operational strategy including administration, human resources and information technology.
