BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

Rick Tonarelli is a Senior Manager in H2R CPA’s Tax department. He has over 30 years of experience in accounting and tax, including 10 years as a controller in industry and over 20 years in public accounting, serving clients in a variety of sectors including technology, manufacturing and real estate.

At the firm, Rick oversees all aspects of tax compliance engagements, working primarily with privately held corporate and pass-through entities, including consolidating corporations with foreign subsidiaries. Additionally, he provides tax planning for business owners and/or principals.
